Winters Coming – Lets talk coughs, colds and snotty noses!
It’s that time of year when everywhere you go someone is coughing, sneezing and you know it won’t be long before you catch it. Don’t worry help is at hand and I can help relieve some of those symtoms.
Did you know that Reflexology was introduced to us some 6000 years ago by the Egyptians. It works on the principle that every organ and gland inside your body is mapped out on your face, ears, hands and feet!
What that means is, I am qualified to show you how you can apply a Reflexology massage on your hands to relieve a blocked up nose and that nasty cough! Reflexology can also help to stimulate the blood flow to your brain and help you to stay focused and calm at the same time. It can also help to reduce stress, tension and pain in the whole body.
Reflexology is ideal for any age group, gender or culture and most conditions.
