So what’s it all about…
Reflexology is a passion of Debbie’s, she started studying Reflexology as a hobby some 14 years ago and has turned this into running a Clinic. To date her youngest client is 6 weeks old and her oldest client is in her late 90’s. She is a true believer in this popular and relaxing holistic treatment. It’s all based on the principle that reflex points on the hands and feet correspond to every organ and gland in the body.
What that means in plain English is:
Debbie can gently massage your hands and feet to relieve STRESS and TENSION in the whole body!
Here’s a top tip for you:
Did you know that if you massage your little fingers you are actually massaging your shoulders?
How amazing is that!
Reflexology has a balancing, relaxing and healing effect on the whole person and research shows it can help in the treatment of:
- Back problems
- Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)
- Digestive disorders
- Emotional problems
- Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- ME (Myalgia Encephalomyelitis) / Migraines
- Pre-menstrual tension (PMT)
- Stress related conditions

What does a Reflexology treatment entail?
A Reflexology treatment lasts for one hour, (please allow an extra 15 minutes on the first visit).
You remain fully clothed, simply removing socks and shoes. Your feet will be cleansed with a Tropic foot scrub and hot towel.Whilst this is happening a consultation form will be completed, which involves gathering all your medical history, this helps your therapist to adapt the treatment to suit your individual needs.
All information is strictly confidential, anything discussed during your treatments is between you and Debbie.
